Mail Order Share Ship Dates

Mail Order Bean Shares ship the months of December, March, June, and September. Ship dates are the first week of every month. To cancel an upcoming subscribed shipment, you must do so at least one week before the scheduled ship date.

 

Local Share Pickup Dates

You selected a pickup location when checking out. You must pick up your monthly bean share at your chosen pickup location. 

Bean Share Pickups occur in the months of December, March, June, and September. Pickup dates are the second week of the month. To cancel an upcoming subscribed pickup and avoid being charged, you must do so at least two weeks before the scheduled ship date. If you are unsure of which pickup location you signed up for, check your confirmation email or contact us.

Local Bean Share Pickup Sites:

Wide Awake Bakery (Downtown Ithaca)

• Retail bakery location at Franklin Market 
• First days: January 14th, February 10th, March 10th 2026.
• Pickup window is Tuesday through Friday, 11am-6pm (retail hours)

Buttermilk Bean South (Danby Farm)

• Pick up at our bean barn in Danby, located at White Hawk Ecovillage

Buttermilk Bean West (Half Hitch Farm)

• Pick up at Half Hitch Farm in Trumansburg
