Important Details for Winter Bean Share Members

Thank you for joining us for a winter's worth of diverse & delicious dry beans! Here are all the important details about your share you might be looking for.

 

Mail Order Share Ship Dates

You paid once for your bean share, and will receive TWO boxes of beans shipped to you this winter (6 bags in each box). 

Scheduled ship dates are January 18th and March 15th, 2026. Shares will ship via USPS to the shipping address and recipient you selected at checkout. 

 

Local Share Pickup Dates

You selected a pickup location when checking out. You must pick up your monthly bean share at your chosen pickup location. Shares will be bagged, 4 bean varieties per pickup.

There are three monthly pickups: January, February and March. Exact dates/times for your pickup window vary by pickup location. If you are unsure of which pickup location you signed up for, check your confirmation email or email kristen@buttermilkbean.com.


Full Plate Winter CSA Pickup Sites:

Full Plate Pickup Dates (1st day of pickup window): January 8th, February 12th, March 5th 2026 for all locations. See below for exact pickup window at each site.

    Stick & Stone Farm 7am - 9pm Thurs to the following Weds @ noon

    Shares on shelf in CSA pickup area, inside door to the barn.

    Remembrance Farm -7am - 9pm Thurs to the following Weds @ noon.

    Park in front of the greenhouse and enter through the sliding wooden door on the loading dock. Your shares will be in the walk-in refrigerator on your right after you enter the barn. 

    Three Swallows Farm (Youth Farm) Noon - 9pm Thurs to the following Weds @ noon.

    Shares in the walk-in cooler by the barn entrance.


    Wide Awake Bakery (Downtown Ithaca)

    • Retail bakery location at Franklin Market 
    • First days: January 14th, February 11th, March 11th 2026.
    • Pickup window is Tuesday through Friday, 11am-6pm (retail hours)


    Danby Food and Drink (Danby)

    • January 15th, February 12th, March 12th 2026.
    • Wednesday 4-7pm


    Ecovillage @ Ithaca (West Hill)

    • Wednesdays 8 am - Fridays 6 pm.
    • First days: January 7th, February 11th, March 4th 2026.
